At Somerset First United Methodist Church, our small groups continue a rich Wesleyan tradition of growing together in grace. From the earliest days of Methodism, John Wesley encouraged believers to gather regularly for prayer, study, accountability, and Christian fellowship — asking one another, “How is it with your soul?”

In that same spirit, our small groups provide a place to deepen your faith, share life with others, and seek God’s presence in community. Together, we encourage one another toward love, service, and faithful living.

Congregational Care

Our Congregational Care Team is dedicated to supporting church members who need encouragement, celebrating life's joys, and offering comfort in difficult times. By providing practical care—like prayers, visits, cards, and meals—we affirm that no one in our church family walks alone. We are committed to keeping our community closely connected in Christ’s love.
